I believe motion is enlivening
and vital to our health, and I work with clients
to find comfort, ease and grace in all their movements.
My clients and I work together, evaluating body
postures, personal history and movement patterns
to reveal how their body is functioning. Combining
active (movement) and passive (tablework) techniques,
we work to bring increased awareness and sensation
into the clients' body. The techniques I use include
Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trauma
Healing and Trager®, a movement re-education
therapy. Whether it is your daily wear and tear
or a weekend's overindulgence, my work offers
pain reduction and increased mobility.
