Linda S. Berry, DC

My training and experience as a chiropractor over the last 20 years reflects my desire to treat each person as a whole. I began reading and taking courses in Applied Kinesiology, a technique that incorporates nutrition, acupuncture/acupressure, reflex point analysis, emotional factors and the structure in assessment and treatment of the individual. With so many possible causes of disease and aids for restoring health, it is essential to listen to my patient, to educate my patient and to know other practitioners to consult or refer to who can assist in treating the person. My areas of particular interest are diet, food allergy elimination, emotional stress and it's effects and structural balance.

Kathleen Dvorak, DC

I draw from a variety of approaches to give you thorough, thoughtful care in a safe, supportive environment. My work is eclectic. In concert with you, I may choose from manual or low-force Activator instrument adjustments, soft tissue work, energy work including Reiki, craniosacral therapy, and trauma healing/somatic release work, including grounding. Reiki, Trauma Healing and CranioSacral therapy may be incorporated into a chiropractic session, or for more in-depth work, may be booked as separate 1-hour sessions. I address diet, nutrition, sleep, stress, ergonomics, and other life style considerations.

Renée A. Rutz
RPP, RCST®, NCTMB, CPE

A priority in my practice is to offer a safe space and create a trusting partnership with my clients. From that, a natural process emerges where clients can find ways to connect with the wisdom of their own organism to gain insights, peace, and more ease, leading to a better quality of life. The medium I work in is sensation and the body/mind connection. In addition to bodywork, I may ask questions of the client about what sensations they are noticing in the body. This helps to access the body wisdom and facilitates change. The primary approaches I utilize are Polarity Therapy, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing/Trauma Healing. All three modalities recognize the inherent health and wisdom of the human body. All modalities are gentle, non-invasive, and client-centered. I hope to help people explore new territories in their bodies that will lead to a fuller expression and experience of their health and engage them to be more present in their lives.

Lisa Fox - DelZoppo
NCTMB, LLCC

I truly enjoy being a part of the body awareness and healing process that takes place with each individual. A therapeutic relationship is formed with each person I meet, and the session is based on the clients' individual needs. I believe by looking at structural imbalances, nutritional needs and emotional stress, we can achieve a more positive therapeutic outcome.

The modalities I incorporate into my sessions are Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Re-Education and Lymph Drainage Therapy.

Kirsten Mowrey
NCTMB, Trager® Approach

I believe motion is enlivening and vital to our health, and I work with clients to find comfort, ease and grace in all their movements. My clients and I work together, evaluating body postures, personal history and movement patterns to reveal how their body is functioning. Combining active (movement) and passive (tablework) techniques, we work to bring increased awareness and sensation into the clients' body. The techniques I use include Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trauma Healing and Trager®, a movement re-education therapy. Whether it is your daily wear and tear or a weekend's overindulgence, my work offers pain reduction and increased mobility.
